How to use our rum tasting cards?

Select 4 rums, ideally with different flavour profiles – such as sweet, spiced, aged, or dark – to explore the variety of flavours and nuances.

Label the samples 1 to 4 and take turns tasting each one, scoring them on the scale provided.

Try to identify the predominant flavours and aromas. What does each rum lead with on the nose?
